Logo Design Service

With respect to the package selected, Clients are allowed to choose only one logo, slogan, business card, envelope, and letter head design. All designs, concepts, slogans or other materials displayed to the Client which are not selected by the Client remain the full property of CorporationCentre.ca. Clients can purchase additional logo designs provided within the samples created to fulfill the Client's order for $95.00.

Ownership

All final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. CorporationCentre.ca retains the right to display the artwork in their portfolio and advertising materials unless stipulated otherwise by the client.

Infringement Disclaimer

The Client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text or information furnished to CorporationCentre.ca for inclusion in the design samples do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another organization. The Client will hold harmless, protect, and defend CorporationCentre.ca and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.

CorporationCentre.ca guarantees the Logo Designs provided to Clients are uniquely created by CorporationCentre.ca. However, no guarantee is made as to its infringement of third parties trademark or copyright intellectual property rights. By purchasing the services of CorporationCentre.ca, the Client understands the Logo Design provided may resemble a copyright image. Should a case as this arise, CorporationCentre.ca will re-design the Logo.

Project Duration

Client agrees to provide timely responses to CorporationCentre.ca after notification of sample completion. Client shall have 30 days to respond to each set logo design samples submitted to the Client for review. If after 30 days the Client has failed to respond, CorporationCentre.ca will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete. CorporationCentre.ca will have no further obligation to Client, and Client shall pay CorporationCentre.ca all fees and expenses associated with work performed by CorporationCentre.ca.

Revision

No revision work will be started unless client has filled out our on-line feedback form which is associated with your logo design samples.

Refund Policy

A full refund less an administration charge of $100 will be made if the Client does not wish to proceed with the logo design before the initial design samples are created. Any cancellation request made after the intial designs are provided will be null and void.

The refund policy will also not take into affect if: (1) The reason does not relate to our design; (2) You do not provide any feedback within 1 month; or (3) You have obtained logo design from a 3rd party. Slogans, Flash Design, Express Orders, Web Site Designs are non-refundable.

Termination

CorporationCentre.ca reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate Client's access to all or a portion of the Service, at any time, with or without notice. In the event of such termination, CorporationCentre.ca will work with Client to determine the amount of any refund (if any) to be paid to Client as a result of such termination. Should Client's use of the Service result from Client's material breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Client shall not be entitled to any refund, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties.
