This filing service may only be used if you have previously (a) filed an application for the registration of a Canadian trademark, (b) have received a filing receipt from the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) indicating the filing particulars which includes the filing date and application number; and (c) have received a letter (examiner’s report) from CIPO asking you to submit a revised application requesting clarification or further details, or asking you to disclaim a word in your trademark.

This filing service is not a service to submit a revised application to the Trade-marks Opposition board.
