This NUANS Report is used to determine the availability of a corporate/business name by searching the NUANS database and listing any similar or possibly confusing existing corporation names, business names and trademarks.

Pre-searches save you time and money by eliminating proposed names with exact matches before you pay for a NUANS Report. Why spend money on multiple reports, conduct pre-searches to help determine name availability.**

To perform NUANS Pre-searches, simply purchase packages of 5, 10 or 25 pre-searches above. If you do not already have an account, you will need to create one. After you have paid for the pre-searches, you can perform them one at a time with real-time results viewed directly from your screen. Print each set of results as they are not saved. Pre-searches that are not used are saved in your account for future use.

The full-service pre-search includes a review of your proposed name by one of our dedicated paralegals after searching the NUANS database. The paralegal will check the database for conflicts with other names and will provide a detailed email explanation of whether or not the name will be approved and a list of conflicting names. This service does not include a NUANS report.
